Rush Hour Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Rush Hour (the "Game") and the Prism Rift Games website, provided by Prism Rift Games Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms before playing. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

You must satisfy the age and eligibility requirements of the platform through which you access the Game. If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms on your own, your parent or legal guardian must review them and authorize your use where permitted by applicable law.

2. Free Gameplay

Rush Hour is free to play, does not require a separate game account or login, and does not display in-game advertisements. Your internet or mobile provider may charge for data usage. Platform account requirements, where applicable, are separate from game registration.

3. Permission to Play

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and play the Game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules. You do not acquire ownership of the Game or its content.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use the Game for unlawful activity; distribute malicious code; interfere with its operation or security; cheat or exploit bugs to disrupt others; or copy, sell, or redistribute the Game without authorization. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law.

5. Intellectual Property

The Game, website, artwork, code, branding, and other content belong to Prism Rift Games Limited or their respective licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains our privacy practices and how to contact us about information handling. It is available without registration.

7. Third-Party Platforms

If you access the Game through TikTok or another platform, that platform's own terms and privacy policy also apply to its services and information processing. These Terms govern our Game and do not replace the platform's terms. TikTok does not provide these Terms on our behalf.

8. Updates and Availability

We may update the Game, correct errors, or suspend features for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or preservation of game progress. We will provide notice where required by law.

9. Ending Use

You may stop using the Game at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a material violation, abuse, security risk, or legal requirement. Information requests remain available through the contact below.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees that it will always be error-free or compatible with every device. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, subject to any mandatory protections available under the laws of your place of residence. Contact us first to seek a resolution. Nothing in these Terms removes your right to bring a claim before a court or authority available to you under applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. We will provide additional notice and obtain agreement where required by law. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
